If there’s a certain quality that makes for a terrific realtor, it might just be versatility. Harrison has learned the art of adaptability, thanks to his diverse career experiences.
Before entering the real estate business — Harrison worked as a financial service representative in the banking industry, as a personal trainer, and in Security Operations for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. What these roles had in common was a commitment to customer service, which has translated well for Harrison’s long-term career as a realtor.
Having studied Economics at York University and Finance at Sheridan College, Harrison is able to advise his real estate clients from a financial perspective as they make some of the most important decisions in their lives. Harrison’s success is largely driven by his work ethic, and consistent desire to know as much as possible about individual client needs.
“My approach is simply to learn and understand what they’re looking for in a property, whether it’s a long-term investment or related to a major life change. Listening is key to building lasting relationships.”
A true basketball fan, you can bet Harrison’s checking out a game when not closing deals. And as a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, he’s been studying Spanish, too.
Ask which hobby he enjoys most though, and Harrison will tell you it’s meditation. He credits that to keeping him grounded each day, so he can navigate the hectic world of real estate to find the perfect property for his clients!
