Many clients know the right look when they see it — but few have the luxury of working with an agent who’s trained to spot the nuances of design. Taryn Mooradian’s real estate career stands on the foundation of a Fine Arts degree from OCAD where she mastered in drawing and painting.

Taryn bolsters her academic accomplishments with on the ground networking experience. She supported herself through university by working as a receptionist and upon graduating, took a role as an event coordinator with a non-profit; advocating for access to education and hosting events for supreme court judges and lawyers.

Finding uncovered gems comes somewhat naturally for Taryn, and it’s among the reasons she’s flourished as an agent. “The city is filled with these magical little places that often go unnoticed, and I love seeking out these hidden areas for my clients. I believe there’s a right fit out there for everyone and I won’t stop until we find it.”

Never one to waste her off days — Taryn is a classically trained ballerina, and she loves to surf the lake, and often plays golf and tennis in her spare time.
