    There’s something powerful about the residential building at 335 Webb Drive — and we’re not just talking about the name. Aesthetically speaking the Monarchy Condos is colossal and commanding, and with 512 units situated inside, it’s also home to a small kingdom.

    While this condominium isn’t entirely old-fashioned, the glass blocks in the lobby serve as a clue as to the building’s date of origin: the Monarch Group constructed the Monarchy Condos back in 1991. Thankfully, the amenities at 325 Webb are timeless, with residents having access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, party room, squash court, and games room.

    The Suites

    While all sorts of buyers are attracted to the building, the homes at 335 Webb Drive are especially well suited to families. Suites range from large to larger — or from 900 to 2,250 square feet, to be precise. Parents with more than one child should note, however, that even the largest units in the building only contain up to two bedrooms.

    The Neighbourhood

    As far as Mississauga goes, it’s difficult to find a more exciting neighbourhood than the Downtown Core. Living at 335 Webb means being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Square One Shopping Centre, and the Art Gallery of Mississauga. Also just around the corner from the building are a YMCA and a public library.

    Mississauga is home to a diverse group of people, as well as the specialty grocery stores that cater to newcomers who enjoy a taste of home every now and then. Residents living at 325 Webb can visit Mr. India Grocers, for example, in order to try imported products from India, while T&T Supermarket is a go-to spot for Asian provisions.

    Transportation

    Yet another benefit to living at the Monarchy Condos is its central location, and residents with cars can get around the city just as easily as those without thanks to the MiWay network of buses that services Mississauga.

    Those heading out on lengthier journeys from 335 Webb Drive can also catch GO Trains departing from the Cooksville Station. And residents who need to reach downtown Toronto in a hurry can use the 21 GO bus, which carries passengers from Cooksville to Union Station in less than one hour.
