    Lytton Park and Allenby is bounded to the east by Yonge, to the west by Bathurst, to the south by Eglinton, and to the north by Lawrence Ave W. This neighbourhood is actually 2 areas combined; most of the neighbourhood is comprised of Lytton Park, while Allenby is a small pocket in the south.

    Houses in the area garner hefty prices tags, but Lytton Park and Allenby condos are much more affordable — though there are some luxury condos here as well. If you’re looking for condos in this neighbourhood, you’ll have to focus your search on Lytton Park, as Allenby has a very limited selection.

    Residents have extensive dining options in the area, from well known chains like A&W to lesser known eateries such as Cest Bon Restaurant. Coffee fanatics will find plenty of cozy cafes to check out, and also a Tim Hortons for anyone who’s addicted to double-doubles. Yonge Eglinton Centre is just south-east of the neighbourhood for shopping and movie nights, and a vibrant nightlife awaits on Yonge and Eglinton.

    Condo Life in Lytton Park | Allenby

    Lytton Park condos range from reasonable to very expensive, and amenities fluctuate quite a bit as well. Those on a tight budget might be drawn to Toronto condos for sale at 3018 Yonge Condos, which have modern finishes and ample amenities; units in this building have prices that are on par with most condos in downtown Toronto.

    Buyers with more financial freedom will really enjoy the selection of Lytton Park condos, because there are several luxurious buildings; Alexandra Gate is the most luxurious, with spacious suites and desirable finishes, but it is one of the most expensive buildings in Midtown.


    Lytton Park condos are ideal for those who prefer to run errands on foot — this is especially true for buildings on Yonge; Allenby condos aren’t quite as walkable, but residents can still run some errands on foot with Eglinton to the south.

    Public transit users have a number of bus routes in the area, streetcars on Eglinton and Eglinton Station for subway lines. Car owners can reach the 401 in minutes by going north on Yonge or Avenue Rd.
