The developers behind 18 Holmes Avenue and 21 Olive Avenue created a challenge for themselves when they named the building the Mona Lisa Residences. While this North York condo from Harhay Construction Management Ltd. may not be considered a priceless work of art, nor is it world famous, it is both timeless and elegant at the same time.
Built in 2010, 18 Holmes and 21 Olive contains 384 Toronto condos and reaches to 28 storeys. The Glass tower features a slightly rounded façade and more traditional stone base, yet the amenities offered to its residents are anything but conventional.
Sure, other buildings also feature rooftop terraces, however this one stands out for being equipped with barbecues, a gazebo, and a putting green.
