    The Wyatt Condos perfectly encapsulates the Regent Park revitalization: located on a peaceful corner at 20 Tubman Ave, the 2019 built condo boasts great family friendly amenities, executively styled condos at reasonable prices, and a commuter friendly area for both drivers and public transit users.

    The tower rises to 27 storeys and features a 6 storey podium with a charming red brick facade at the base, and glass and opaque balconies above. The first 4 floors house a collection of amenities designed to provide recreation options for every member of the family; residents enjoy a state of the art fitness centre, a climbing cave and walls, a party room with a full catering kitchen, a lounge, a Kids club with craft areas, media room, games room, underground parking, and concierge service.

    Large amenity areas can sometimes translate into high condo fees, however, fees at 20 Tubman Ave are well below the GTA average. The building has consistently attracted prospective buyers, so price per square foot is slightly higher than what’d you’d find elsewhere in the neighbourhood, but that's a testament to this building's quality.

    The Suites

    There are 342 Toronto condos within the Wyatt Condos, and much like the amenity centre, the homes at 20 Tubman also cater to a large crowd. Suites follow a number of different floor plans, including townhome-style units with a greater separation between the living areas. Layouts are available from roughly 500 square foot studio units to three bedroom suites that are just under 1500 square feet.

    Depending on the floor a suite is located on, it can have either 9 foot or 10 foot ceilings. All units contain floor to ceiling windows, and spacious private balconies as large as 170 square feet, many with city views or views of the park. Bedrooms are generously sized and most have balcony access.

    Home chefs will be thrilled with the fully upgraded kitchens; soft touch sliding drawers, quartz countertops, integrated stainless steel appliances, and large kitchen islands offer plenty of prep space.

    The Neighbourhood

    For newcomers to Toronto, it's probably hard to imagine a time when Regent Park wasn't in demand, as the neighbourhood has grown so swiftly in recent years, it bears little resemblance to its former self. Condo residents have great dining options close to home such as the Paintbox Bistro, cozy corner cafes for espresso, and well known fast food chains too.

    One of the best perks of living in this newly reformed neighbourhood is living so close to the Distillery District. From the corner of Tubman Ave, it's just a 15 minute walk to the Distillery District, where you'll find an assortment of restaurants serving international cuisine. There are cafes, one of kind clothing boutiques, pubs, and theatres for the performing arts.

    Beyond dining and coffee, The Wyatt Condos is well located for recreation and community engagement; The Pam McConnell Aquatic Centre is situated just across the street from the building and houses recreational pools, therapeutic pools, and event rooms for hosting parties or community get-togethers.

    The nearby Regent Park is a great area for families to get some additional fresh air but it's not the only green space available. Residents of 20 Tubman Ave can head east to the Lower Don River Trail to reach Riverdale West Park for athletic facilities, or go south for Corktown Commons.

    For anything that cannot be found within the neighbourhood borders, residents need only look to the surrounding area to find virtually every convenience they could need.


    Business in the Regent Park neighbourhood is vastly improved from years ago when the area was dominated by car dealerships. There are still some dealerships in the neighbourhood, but residents will also encounter nearby pharmacies, convenience stores, and grocery stores, all within a short of the 20 Tubman Ave.

    Neighbourhood bike lanes allow for commuting to work the greener way, especially for those working in the Financial District. Public transit users are well located too and can probably afford to have that extra cup of coffee in the morning before heading out, because there are east and westbound streetcars just around the corner on Dundas East, with service to Dundas Station for subway lines.

    Car owners can limit their time in city traffic by utilizing the nearby on-ramps for the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway.
