    The Suites

    Standing at 8 storeys tall, this mid-rise structure holds 175 units, which range in size from around 450 square feet to just over 1700 square feet. The building features a variety of layouts suitable for families, couples or singles looking for High Park condos for sale. Floor plans include 1 or 2 bedrooms, and 1, 2, or 2.5 bathrooms, while some suites also feature dens.

    High Park North is full of great coffee shops, local boutiques, popular bars, in addition to plenty of neighborhood necessities like grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and hardware stores.

    However, green-space is probably the area’s greatest asset. High Park, which is over 400 acres large, is just a brief walk away from 20 Gothic, as are others parks including Bennett Park and Ravina Gardens Park. Between the festivals, fairs and sporting events held at these parks, residents of the Twenty Gothic Condos will find plenty to do in this neighbourhood, year round.

    A number of schools also service the area, including Humberside Collegiate, Western Technical, Ursula Franklin Academy and Keele Street Public School.

    Transportation

    Residents of the Twenty Gothic Condos shouldn’t have a problem exploring the rest of the city, thanks to their easy access to two subway stations and multiple bus routes.

    The closest subway station is High Park, literally across the street from 20 Gothic Avenue. Alternatively, Keele Station is close by as well, and bus routes can take residents in all directions, whether one is trying to reach the lake, North York, or the city’s eastern districts.

    For drivers, the Gardiner Expressway and Queensway highways are just south of High Park, while Black Creek Drive can also be used to access the 401 via Keele and Weston Road.
