About Allen Cho

With a commerce degree from U of T’s Rotman School of Management, Allen comes to real estate with a solid grasp of how business transactions work. Given his previous experience as a professional translator and a sales rep at a biotech firm — it’s easy to see why Allen is one of our most diversified agents on the team.

This jet-setting realtor has lived in South Korea, China, Vancouver and Montreal. In 2012 though, Allen decided to settle in downtown Toronto and has absolutely no regrets. When it comes to real estate, his client approach not only involves excellent service, but also transparency.

“I want the process to be fun, stress-free, and educational for everyone. I pay close attention to not just my clients’ needs, but also their lifestyle and preferences.”

In Allen’s spare time, you’ll find him picking up a new skill such as web design. This foodie also likes to visit Toronto’s latest restaurants, and test out BBQ recipes on his grill. Despite Allen’s wealth of hobbies, most of his time is dedicated to being there for his clients.
