With a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Toronto Metropolitan University, Bailey brings a unique perspective to this business. His previous career took flight as an Operations Manager at Amazon, mastering logistics during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. After that, he soared into Project Management for a marketing firm, representing luxury cosmetic brands. But it was Bailey's passion for sustainability that led him to a leading role in renewable energy consulting. There, he managed a team of electrical engineers to shape the future of the global energy transition.

Outside of work, Bailey finds joy in maintaining clean and organized surroundings. Amidst the chaos of our modern world, this practice enhances both his mental well-being and productivity.
