As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), David is well-versed in the art of persuasion. Meanwhile, he has the formal training to navigate clients through complex transactions, thanks to his designation as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®).
Prior to becoming a realtor though, David already had a long history of prioritizing his clients’ needs. As an Offshore Client Representative for large oil and gas companies, his experience managing multi-million dollar projects globally has transferred well to real estate. Not to mention that his background in valuation surveying has been key when appraising properties to determine their market value.

When not helping clients, David loves to indulge in his passion for architecture. He is also a self-professed football enthusiast, and enjoys many water-related activities. A little known fact is that David is a self-taught chef. So you’ll often find him experimenting with various cuisines, and immersing himself in new cultures along the way.
