About David Poon

With a personal and professional knowledge of both economics and real estate, David knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the transaction. He also knows the Toronto market well having specialized in Downtown, Midtown and North York properties throughout his career.

David provides careful and thorough analysis of the latest real estate data to ensure his clients can make confident and informed decisions. Not only is he able to provide clients with insightful observations, but can do so in three languages: English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

With a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and Political Science from the University of Alberta, David applies a keen eye to market trends. As a real estate investor himself, he has intimate knowledge of this often-treacherous terrain — giving him first-hand experience buying and selling under the latest market conditions.

Outside of his career, David enjoys trading equities and analysing macro trends. Needless to say, he has a personal passion for business and economics. But when he’s able to pry his watchful eye away from the markets, David enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and simply exploring the world.
