Before becoming a full-time agent, Helen was already well-versed in customer care, thanks to her experience in Toronto’s busy hospitality sector. She also has formal training in Early Childhood Education, teaching kids with special needs. When not working, you’ll find Helen working out at the gym and organizing events for her running group. She also loves traveling to new countries, where she can immerse herself in unique cultures and explore new cuisines.
