Joshua is involved with the Corporate Real Estate Division for the City of Toronto, complementing his career as a GTA realtor. His educational background includes a Bachelor with Honours in Law & Society from York University. A strong community advocate, Joshua served as the school’s orientation leader, and was a marketing specialist for the Filipino Student Association at York.

His emotional intelligence and hard work ethic have made him the ideal agent for so many clients. They’re particularly drawn to his introspective and observant nature — an important characteristic when assessing whether a property might be right for them.
