A horrid disappointment. Management could not be worse. Security is both useless and clueless regarding pretty much all matters as well as disrespectful. They simply do nothing. Building maintenance is simply not preformed. The amenities are often closed, repairs are ignored taking forever to do. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are neat features but they consistently break on rotation. The sauna especially almost never works properly. On one occasion there was a homeless person in the pool change room. How does that even happen. I’ve seen them get in after residents with no barrier. The fire alarms go off often and for unnecessarily prolonged periods of time. Floods often rule the building every time devastating everything, with repairs delayed taking months. Expect to befriend the stairs. Overall would strongly recommend any other building besides this. It’s a cheap sorry excuse of a condo. Most rental buildings receive exponentially more care than this excuse. Not even to get started on how cheap all the finishes are.

One of the best options in Burlington if you want condo living near the GO. Super easy for commuting and the building has a fresh, modern feel. The rooftop and gym are great and the views are a nice bonus.

Really like living here so far. The amenities are solid and the management seems to keep things running smoothly. Some of the visitor parking rules are a bit strict, but that’s pretty typical for new developments.

Nice mix of professionals and retirees plus the building is kept in great shape. I appreciate the indoor pool and the variety of amenities. It’s not the cheapest in Burlington, but the value is definitely there.

Moved in recently and have been impressed. Everything feels new and clean, and my unit gets a ton of natural light. The community here is friendly and quiet, and I love how close it is to downtown Burlington without being right in the middle of it.

It’s a beautiful building with a great location, but the elevators are slow during rush hours. Also soundproofing between units could be better. Still the convenience of being next to the GO Station and having shops nearby makes it worth considering.

Great apartment with fantastic amenities (pool, gym, basketball court). Location is ideal, clean, and quiet besides nearby train tracks.

Lived here 3 years. Quiet, professional tenants. Soundproof units, clean hallways, and elevators. Safe, peaceful living with friendly neighbours.
