Perfect place to work from home. It's peaceful, the building is clean. I do wish there were more shops within walking distance, but the views make up for it.

Bought a unit here as a rental, solid investment w/ no complaints! The building has stayed in good shape. Management is responsive too

Moved here after retiring and it's been lovely. The trails by the water are a daily ritual for me. The units are well laid out and the balconies are a highlight.

You can’t beat this location if you love the outdoors. Between the beach, trail and the quiet atmosphere, it’s a hidden gem. My unit is bright and airy yearround.

Stayed with a friend for a weekend and was really impressed. The condo felt modern and comfortable, and the lake was RIGHT there. I’d consider buying here in the future!

The building is nice and well maintained, but it’s a bit far from most daily conveniences. You’ll definitely want a car. That said, being by the lake is a huge plus.

I was looking for something quiet and scenic; Sapphire delivered. No loud parties, just peaceful living and friendly neighbours. The rooftop patio is a great bonus in the summer!

The location offers a perfect balance of waterfront views, easy access to both city and countryside, and highways leading to Niagara and Toronto. Nearby there is excellent wineries and hiking trails, adding to the area's charm if you like nature and outdoors.

This condo had some growing pains, like many new buildings, but it’s now a peaceful, secure place to live. The neighbors are friendly, and management is incredibly helpful. The views of Lake Ontario are stunning, and the walking paths offer a peaceful retreat. The location and amenities are outstanding—it's truly a fantastic place to call home. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Beautiful condominiums w modern amenities, stylish design, spacious layouts and excellent location. Overall a comfortable and convenient living experience.

This place is good for living. The inside makes you feel welcomed and like you are in Canada.
