The location is fantastic, so much easy access to transit and amenities. However the soundproofing between units could be better. I've had a couple of noisy neighbours which affected my experience over the year, but the management handled it well. Still a solid choice overall!

Great location - close to everything but still quiet enough to feel peaceful. The building is well maintained and my one bed unit is cozy with plenty of natural light. The management team is responsive which I really appreciate.

I’ve been living here for about a year, no complaints! The apartments are spacious and the building feels secure. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is always friendly. Being in such a central spot means that I’m close to shops, restaurants and public transit - it’s ideal for me.

My unit has everything I need and the location is perfect for getting around Hamilton. The only thing I’d like to see improve is the gym facilities - it could use some new equipment. But overall it’s been a great experience.
