Super convenient with shops and restaurants around Markham Rd & 16th Ave (everything you need pretty much within reach). Some parts of the property could use a little sprucing up. All in all, it's a pretty great place.

Bright and spacious unit! The community always feels so peaceful. Having access to the Swan Club with its pool, gym and library is a big bonus. There are also several satellite clubhouses with pools and tennis courts which helps build a real sense of community. The location near parks and shopping makes it convenient without feeling crowded.
