Living at Verdale feels like I accidentally upgraded to resort life. I’ve got a gym downstairs, the courtyard is peaceful and I’m somehow always near a bubble tea spot. My unit’s layout is actually functional (rare) and the building stays super clean. Bonus: elevator doesn’t take forever - bless.

Rented my unit out from day one and had zero issues. Always in demand - location’s hot, right next to Downtown Markham and steps from transit. It's a safe bet in a growing area. Would definitely buy again here.

Good bones for sure. Layout is smart and location can’t be beat. That said, the air vents could use a clean - had to get my own duct guys in. Not the end of the world, but wish it was caught sooner.

Super walkable, which is a huge win because I don’t drive. The area feels safe even late at night and there’s no shortage of food spots. My one gripe is the fob system is a bit extra - like, why do I need it for literally everything?

The building is quiet, neighbors are polite and the balcony views are so peaceful. The only con is the guest parking situation - it gets tight during weekends. But otherwise zero regrets.

Working from home here is a dream. Tons of natural light and the gym is actually decent - not one of those tiny rooms with a sad treadmill. Highly recommend if you’re doing the laptop life.

Great amenities and friendly staff. Front desk management is always polite. New building in a central area that's quickly growing.
