    Landmark has that classic condo feel! You’re close to Markville Mall and HWY 7, but it doesn’t feel hectic. Visitor parking is a bit limited, but not a dealbreaker.

    Decent place but shows its age in some spots. The space inside the units is great and the location is convenient, but some common areas like the hallways and elevators feel dated. Still, it’s quieter than most condos which I appreciate.

    Bought here for the size of the unit and stayed for the community. The residents are friendly and the management seems to genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly. Indoor pool and sauna are a bonus!

    Lived here for years and love it. It’s quiet, spacious and the amenities are ideal for retirees. It’s reliable and comfortable which is exactly what we were looking for.

    Spacious units and a peaceful, well established community - that’s what drew me to the Landmark. It’s not a new building but it’s well maintained and has a quiet charm that’s hard to find. Love being close to parks and walking trails too.

    I’ve been living here for a few years and overall it’s been a solid experience. The units are much larger than anything in newer condos and the area feels very safe. The lobby and amenities are clean, though the building could use some modernizing in pockets of it.

    Really like the layout of my unit: lots of natural light, generous storage and even a separate dining area. The building doesn’t have that flashy new condo look, but it’s solid and in a great location near shops and transit.

    Perfect spot for those looking for a more mature, quiet building. You get space, comfort and a sense of community here. The grounds are nicely landscaped and everything is kept clean and orderly.
