Nice condo but not a ton of community here. Most people keep to themselves. It’s clean and safe though, I like the access to trails nearby. Would be great if they added more seating or lounge space in the common areas.

The units here are surprisingly bright - lots of windows for a mid-rise building. I work from home so that’s a big plus. Soundproofing is decent and deliveries are handled well by concierge. Would recommend.

Parking is a bit of a pain and visitor spots fill up quickly. Also had issues with getting maintenance to respond to a leaking tap. Not a bad place overall, but could be managed better.

Amenities are minimal and the walls feel thin depending on who your neighbours are. That said, the location is good and you’re close to shops and restaurants without being right in the middle of the noise.

Very peaceful and the view from my balcony faces green space. You feel like you’re tucked away from the city even though the highways and transit are just minutes away. The building's small, so it never feels crowded.

Beautiful place to live, and management has been incredibly helpful with all my inquiries, providing detailed emails and clear instructions. Their thorough, procedure-driven approach and patience in person made me feel so proud to be a resident here!

I have great experiences with the professional helpful property management team. This beautiful downtown Markham condo offers modern amenities like a gym, outdoor pool and party rooms — highly recommended!
