About 1000 Asleton Boulevard1000 Asleton Townhouses

A popular development in the Willmott neighbourhood — 1000 Asleton Blvd is a townhome complex that balances privacy and affordability. The townhomes are located in Milton near the intersection of Bronte St S and Louis St. Laurent S, an ideal locale for families with small children.

Hawthorne South Village Townhomes offer typical townhome amenities — parking and visitor parking — but maintenance fees are extremely low as a result. The homes feature a charming brick façades with colourful siding and upper level balconies. Unlike some Toronto townhouses, the complex is almost indistinguishable from the surrounding neighbourhood.

For families in search of a welcoming location to raise their kids, 1000 Asleton Blvd is an excellent choice.

    The Suites

The townhomes at 1000 Asleton Blvd are incredibly spacious — floor plans begin at 1099 square feet for the smallest 2 bedroom suite and can be as large as 2033 for the most spacious 3 bedroom plus den suites. There are 197 units in total, all featuring open concept layouts and most with multiple floors of living space.

Homes in this charming development have hardwood flooring in principal rooms, and pot lights to create the perfect atmosphere. Kitchens can be quite large and include desirable finishes like granite counters, stunning backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances; storage and prep space is ample — and the breakfast bars are a great spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Families won’t feel like they’re tripping over each other with bedrooms on the upper floors, and all of the storage you’d get from a house; linen closets, large bedroom closets, and dens that can function as bedrooms or offices.

    The Neighbourhood

Milton has always been a popular choice for buyers who work in the Greater Toronto Area but don’t want a fast pace at home. Residents of 1000 Asleton Blvd have a peaceful community to explore, with plenty of neighbourhood convenience.

Residents can walk to Bento Sushi and Baskin Robbins, and even grab groceries on foot at Sobeys Extra Milton. There are nearby restaurants like Wild Wing, McDonald's, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and locally owned diners such as BIRYANI BOYZ. As well, the area has a number of incredible bakeries.

Entertainment isn’t just for families — Champs Family Entertainment Centre is a popular sports bar with bowling and billiards, and sporting events on big screens. The Rad Brothers Sports Bar and Tap House has live music and great craft brews on tap, and the patio at Ned Devine's Irish Pub is always lively.

Families have great schools close to home, and large sports complexes like Milton Sports Centre, Milton Indoor Turf Centre, Mattamy National Cycling Centre, and more. There are parks scattered throughout the area, community centres, and daycares for young children.

    Transportation

1000 Asleton Blvd is reasonably walkable — residents can perform most errands on foot, though a vehicle or public transit will be required for some trips. And about that public transit… it’s nonexistent at the moment.

Driving is by far the most efficient way to navigate the area; car owners can go south on Highway 25 for the QEW, allowing for quick travel throughout the golden horseshoe.
