Viewed a few units last weekend and really liked what I saw. The layouts make good use of space and the amenities were spotless. Feels like a great blend of city and suburb living.

Units here rent out quickly b/c of its modern feel and proximity to downtown Milton. As an investor, I’ve had no issues. It's a well-managed property and a solid choice for long-term value.

Stylish without trying too hard. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and the gym is one of the better condo gyms I’ve seen. It’s a good fit for young professionals who want access to downtown without being right in the middle of it.

I moved in last year and have nothing but good things to say. The building is quiet, the views are lovely and the staff is responsive. It's a very comfortable and secure place to live.

I’ve been renting here for about 10 months and it’s been mostly great. The unit is bright and modern with a functional layout and lots of natural light.

The building feels new and upscale, and the amenities are well designed and actually usable. Being so close to Main and the GO is a major bonus for my commute!
