    Moved in last year and so far it's all no regrets. It’s quiet, clean and the unit layout makes a ton of sense. Not a lot of frills, but it’s very comfortable.

    I looked at a few spots around Milton before settling on this one. The pricing felt fair for what you get. Parkings never been an issue for me either.

    My partner and I almost bought here. We ended up going with a newer build with a bit more of an interesting layout but the Origin felt like a solid, no-nonsense option for the price. Just wanted something more from it, you know?

    It’s functional and very well situated. Not flashy but why do you need that in Milton anyways? I liked that it’s close to groceries and not buried in a sea of traffic.

    Our tenants really like the area and the building has been easy to manage remotely from a few hours away. Not much turnover. I’d buy another if one came up!

    I’ve owned a unit at Origin for almost five years. Milton has grown fast and this location ended up being more central than I thought when I bought in. The building itself has stayed in good condition - no weird surprises or big assessments, which I appreciate. There’s no gym or concierge, but I wasn’t really looking for that anyway. What you do get is a fairly laid back building with mostly owners, a decent mix of families and professionals, and very little drama. I’ve never had an issue with noise and the neighbours tend to keep to themselves. Maintenance shows up on time and property management actually answers emails. Only possible downside for me has been the size of the storage lockers - a bit tight - but other than that, no complaints. It’s one of those buildings where you forget about it, in a good way.

    The building is tucked into a pretty peaceful area and there’s a nice little trail nearby. Good first-time buy, I’d say.

    I’ve been at Origin for a while now and it’s been great! The location’s perfect for getting around, and the amenities like the gym and rooftop are awesome.
