I've owned here for several years and it's been a fantastic experience. The amenities are just... wow.. indoor pool, sauna, gym, even a car wash bay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the YMCA, transit, shopping and parks. The sense of community is strong too!

Solid investment - The building offers great amenities and the location is central for downtown Oshawa. Units tend to rent quickly for me!

Living here has been a dream. The building is clean, secure and the staff are friendly. I love the amenities, especially the billiards room and private courtyard. The location is perfect! Close to everything I need. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy here.

The unit is spacious and the building is generally quiet. The elevators sure can be slow during peak hours and the underground parking is a bit cramped. The location is convenient though, easy access to transit and shopping.

The unit itself is fine, but I've had issues with noise from neighbouring units. The walls seem thin and I've had trouble sleeping due to disturbances. The building is older and some areas could probably use updates.

I’ve been here just over a year. The building’s location is great, close to transit and the waterfront trail. The unit is comfortable. It's a solid choice for anyone wanting to stay close to downtown Oshawa.
