If you’re into easy access to trails and waterfront, this place nails it. I’m always outside, whether it’s jogging or just chilling by the bay.

It’s alright. Location is solid, but the elevators are slow and parking can get tight on weekends. If you’re looking for luxury amenities, this isn’t it but the basics work just fine.

Honestly the best part is waking up to that view every morning. It’s calming and kind of inspires me to actually get out of bed. Plus being close to the GO station is clutch for commuting. Can’t complain here.

Living here has been a treat! Big windows, good light and that fresh lake breeze is unbeatable. I’m really into how peaceful it is compared to downtown spots. Definitely a hidden gem in Pickering.

Nice spot if you want to be close to the lake without paying a fortune. The building is clean and the neighbours are pretty friendly. A couple little quirks here and there, but nothing that ruins the vibe.

It’s a decent condo for the price. Nothing fancy, but everything works. I wish the common areas had more character though. Still, it’s a solid pick if you want something simple by the water

The balcony views of the water are seriously calming. Mornings here feel like a mini vacation every day. Plus, it’s quiet enough to actually relax, which is rare for a condo.

Great value for the area. I like that the complex feels small enough to actually know some neighbours, but still has enough space for privacy. The maintenance team is on top of things too, which I appreciate!

I've lived at here since the beginning. Pros: clean, friendly building, good amenities. Cons: no parking, high maintenance fees, and poor management.

Well-maintained condo with great amenities. Excellent location near Pickering Town Centre, GO station, Waterfront Trail, and Lake Ontario. Management isn’t perfect, but overall, it’s a great living experience.
