Love the community feel and the convenience of the location. The building is managed well and the amenities are a big plus. Only downside is the occasional elevator maintenance, but that’s minor. Very happy with my decision!

The space was clean and well equipped with everything I could want out of a condo. The building staff was helpful and courteous. I very well may end up renting here!

The building is well kept and management is responsive. Being close to PTC and the GO station is a huge plus. It’s a great community and I feel safe and comfortable here!

Toured a few units recently. The layouts are generous and the amenities are certainly impressive. But the maintenance fees are higher than average. Still considering it, but weighing the pros and cons carefully.

The location is unbeatable; walking distance to everything. The building is older so some finishes are dated, but the space and amenities make up for it. Overall such a solid place to live.

This complex offers amazing amenities, including indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, a library, squash, and tennis courts. Built in the 1990s, it was one of Pickering's first condos, setting a high standard for the area.
