I've rented out my unit here for two years without any issues. Tenants are attracted to the location and the building's amenities. It's been a solid investment with consistent rental income.

I've lived here for three years. The units are spacious and the building has a real modern feel.

The unit's design is sleek and the balcony offers a nice view. The building is generally quiet which I appreciate. But seriously the parking garage is poorly lit which can be concerning at night!

Bought a 2-bedroom unit here last year. The bay windows are a highlight, offering great natural light. However the building's management is slow to respond to maintenance requests which is frustrating.

Moved in for the location (close to work and my favourite bubble tea). The unit's layout is decent, but the walls are thin + I can hear my neighbour's TV at night. Also the garbage chute area isn't cleaned regularly, which is unpleasant.

Living here is convenient w/ all the shops and restaurants nearby. However the common areas could use better maintenance

The building looks modern, but living here has been challenging. The AC system is inconsistent and management's communication is poor. Also, the elevators are often out of service, so many delays.

The location is great, but the building's management is unresponsive. There have been multiple instances where maintenance issues were ignored. Big no for me is the fire alarms going off all the time!

Great condo overall. Love the location and amenities like the gym and party room. Some noise from the street but the nearby parks and transit make up for it.

Decent place to live. The units are nice but the maintenance fees feel high. Location is convenient though parking can be frustrating during busy times. Could be better managed.

Living here has been amazing! Modern suites with big windows, excellent amenities and super walkable. The transit access and nearby shops make life so convenient.
