Loved the view. Building felt seemed clean, felt very secure and the lobby looked recently updated. Still comparing with a few others in the area, but this one made a strong impression.

The unit was okay, but the elevators took forever and parking was a mess. Common areas felt a bit cold and impersonal. Not a bad building, just not very inviting? I hear the area’s developing fast though, so maybe that’ll change.

It’s been a really solid place to live. The units are spacious and well laid out; the building itself pretty well maintained. Concierge staff are friendly too! I like how close we are to the Go station, makes commuting a lot easier. Amenities are decent though the gym does get a little busy in the evenings. Neighbours are mostly respectful and the building stays quiet. I’ve been happy here. It’s a calm place that still feels connected to everything I need!

My unit is bright with a great balcony!! The concierge is helpful and the package system works smoothly, thankfully. Not much nightlife around either, I love it.

Close to the GO, shops and Highway 7, but still quiet somehow. The building has aged well and management does a nice job staying on top of upkeep. Some of the finishes in my unit could be better (laminate floors scratched easily) but nothing too serious. The resident community is mostly professionals and families, and there’s not a lot of turnover-which says something. Wish there were more green spaces right outside, but the rooftop terrace is a nice bonus in the summer. Overall it’s been a comfortable and stable place to call home.

The units are decent size and the location is improving every year, but I’ve had issues with vent and hallway noise. Amenities are clean, but not impressive - small pool, underwhelming gym. What keeps me here is the access to transit and the price point compared to some of the newer builds nearby. There’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas.

Amazing building with excellent amenities, rooftop patio and outdoor gym are highlights. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are well maintained, and the neighbors are great. Highly recommend for renting!
