    Units are clean, views are nice and the building felt secure. Noticed some dust in the hallway corners, but nothing major.

    The demand is high here, probably thanks to the location and proximity to public transit. The management is responsive which makes things easier on my end. I’ve had no complaints from tenants about noise or maintenance. Would consider investing in a second unit if the numbers still work.

    Toured a unit here recently. Layout was tight but smart. Lobby vibe felt professional, and you really can't beat being that close to Langstaff Go. Still undecided but it left a good impression.

    The suite has great light and the balcony actually fits furniture, which was rare in our search for a new condo. Elevators are a bit slow during rush hours, but overall solid building. No major issues so far.

    Not perfect but way better than my last place. Gym is fine for basic workouts. Mailroom gets cluttered sometimes. But the unit’s nice and it’s quiet up on the 10th floor. I’m staying put.
