Great building tucked just off Yonge. You’re close to everything - transit, groceries, restaurants - but the street itself stays relatively quiet. There’s a nice sense of community in the building. Not too busy, not too empty. I’ve been really happy here.

The unit itself looked nice and had a decent view, but I did notice some hallway carpets looking a bit tired. Not a huge issue but it stood out. The area is unbeatable if you rely on TTC.

The build quality here is noticeably better than what you typically get in Toronto these days - thicker walls, better insulation and a more relaxed vibe. I can actually sleep through the night now without hearing my neighbour sneeze.

Not my first condo, but probably my favorite so far. Good balance of location, unit size and overall upkeep. There are some quirks, like a smaller gym than expected, but it’s never packed anyway. Plus you’re near Avondale Park which is perfect for dog owners.

You get space, yes - but don’t expect modern finishes. It’s a bit dated inside. On the upside, it’s quiet and the building doesn’t feel overcrowded like a lot of the newer towers in the area. Depends what your priorities are.

This condo is really good these days. They had trouble in the past with the management and concierge but I think management has it sorted out. It has a good list of amenities and is close to Avondale park.

Nice place overall. Management is decent and the amenities are always clean. Nothing too fancy, but reliable. If you work downtown, the proximity to Sheppard Station is a huge plus.

Honestly one of the more underrated buildings in North York. The interiors aren’t flashy, but everything works. Elevators are fast. Hallways don’t smell weird. Staff is polite. It’s just.. easy to live here? Which is more than I can say for my last building.

I’m loving how peaceful it is. There’s a courtyard out back that’s actually usable and the front entrance doesn’t feel like a revolving door. If you want a calmer environment close to everything, this is a good pick.
