One of those rare buildings where everything feels intentional - the design, the amenities, even the landscaping. I use the gym and party room regularly and they’re always spotless. It's a peaceful high-end condo without the usual downtown chaos.

The building is classy with spacious rooms and great potential. However, proximity to water means mosquitoes can be a summer issue.

The suite layouts are great - wide, not deep, so you actually get lake views instead of just a sliver of window. My only issue is with deliveries... access for couriers isn't always smooth, but otherwise it's a very peaceful place to live.

Absolutely love the waterfront vibe at Aquavista. The views of Lake Ontario are stunning and the boardwalk is literally steps from the building. The units are sleek and modern, you can tell the build quality is well above average. It's a peaceful escape while still being close to downtown!

Moved here for the waterfront but have stayed for the quiet. It feels like a little retreat within the city. I work remotely and the calm environment has been perfect. Lots of outdoor space nearby, plus a great rooftop pool in the summer.

The building is beautiful, no doubt - tons of natural light, well-kept common areas and a real boutique feel. The neighbourhood still has some development going on, so parts of the area feel a bit unfinished but it’s getting better every year. Still worth it for that lakeside lifestyle.

Nice on the surface, but there are a few drawbacks. The location is quiet and scenic, but it can feel a little disconnected from the core. Also had some issues with heating in the winter - nothing major but admittedly annoying. Could be a great spot once the area fills out more.

Beautiful building but lacks a certain energy. If you're looking for nightlife or cafes right outside your door, this isn’t it (yet?) Feels more like a resort - quiet, polished and a little isolated. Great if that’s your style, not so much if you want more of a buzz.

I invested in a unit here a couple of years ago and I’ve still had zero regrets. It's been easy to rent out and tenant turnover has been low. People love the view and proximity to the lake. It’s still a bit under the radar, but that's part of the appeal.

Great property management, but promised amenities and poor unit quality left much to be desired.

Incredible location by Lake Ontario with a peaceful boardwalk, art installations, parks, and nearby amenities like Loblaws, Sugar Beach, and St Lawrence Market. A hidden gem for relaxation!
