This building shares a 2 storey pedestal with its sister tower, and features a brick and stone façade, with frosted windows and a unique gold coloured roof.

    The building was completed in 1999, back when condo floor plans were considerably larger than those found in modern residences. In addition to large unit sizes, residents enjoy some great perks, including; an exercise room, an indoor pool, saunas, a concierge, and underground parking. As a bonus, the property is directly beside Lee Centre Park and has a small playground.

    Condos in this residence sell for well below the GTA average in terms of price per square foot, making this a perfect choice for buyers in search of the best bang for their buck.

    The Suites

    Seasoned renters or condo buyers have likely heard the word “spacious” used somewhat loosely, but in this instance, homes at 1 Lee centre are truly spacious.     The shopping selection is nothing to scoff at, as Hudson's Bay Scarborough Town Centre is packed with boutique and big box stores, and only a 5 minute drive west on Corporate Drive. Additional boutiques and outlets are clustered along Ellesmere Rd and Kennedy Rd. With schools and sports facilities in the area, there’s a little something for the whole family.

    Transportation

    1 Lee Centre Drive is a pedestrian friendly location, but grocery runs will likely require a vehicle; Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart are situated at Hudson's Bay Scarborough Town Centre and This Little Market on Corporate Drive is just 3 minutes away for small pickups.

    Transit users have multiple bus routes right outside of the building and can quickly reach Scarborough Centre for subway service. Car owners can arrive at the McCowan onramp for the 401 in just 2 minutes and make it downtown in roughly 25 minutes.
