Liked the feel of the place. The building isn’t trying to be flashy, but it’s clean and well looked after. Units are spacious and the kitchen finishes looked sharp.

A nice area with a lot to offer. The condo life is convenient and the neighbourhood feels safe. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of nearby amenities and good access to transit. But that train can be annoying due to the noise, especially when busy. If you're sensitive to sound it’s something to keep in mind. Otherwise a decent place to call home!

Vivid has been a pleasant surprise. The staff are courteous and efficient. The layout of my unit is really functional with no wasted space and the walls are surprisingly soundproof. You get a good amount of privacy which I wasn’t sure I’d have in a midrise like this. The lobby and shared spaces are kept clean, and I like that there’s a general sense of calm throughout the building. Getting to the subway is easy and the nearby groceries are a plus!

I was considering buying here and did a full walk-through. The units make good use of space and the location is better than I expected. Some finishes feel a little dated already, but overall it holds up well!

Bought here a while back as an investment and haven’t had any trouble keeping it rented. The location is still growing and it feels like the area’s slowly finding its rhythm. Tenants like the unit layouts and how quiet the building stays at night. Property management actually responds, which isn’t always the case in this city.

Solid building. I’m renting and have had a pretty smooth experience overall. Any minor problems were handled quickly. It’s nice to be in a part of Etobicoke that’s quiet but not totally cut off.

The building is in a great location near the subway, and the neighborhood is pleasant. However, there are quite a few signs and rules with noticeable spelling mistakes, which can be a bit distracting. The management and board take a very strict approach to enforcing rules, which might not suit everyone’s preferences.
