Well-managed condo with great amenities and a convenient location near Metro and takeout spots. Minor water sanitization issue, but overall it's among the top condos with nice layouts.

Lived here 3 years. Management is great and issues are handled quickly. Usual maintenance happens but communication is excellent. Comfortable and well maintained with no major problems.

My unit is clean and spacious w a great east-facing view. The walls are pretty good at blocking noise. Pool and gym are nice, though not huge. Elevators are quick. Overall a pretty hassle-free renting experience!

Checked out a unit and liked the location! Close to Finch Station and lots of shops. Layout was practical, not flashy. Common areas looked clean but a little dated. Might put in an offer if the price is right.

I’ve owned here since 2016 and still think it’s one of the better maintained buildings in North York. Tridel built it right: solid construction, no weird layout issues and the concierge staff are always professional. Amenities are well kept and the neighbourhood has everything I need within walking distance. Even during storms or outages, management is quick to respond. It just runs smoothly, which isn’t always the case in 2025 condos.
