The Westlake Encore Condos, as the name suggests, was the last piece of the puzzle for the creators of Westlake Village, which is comprised of <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/2220-lake-shore-blvd-w-westlake-phase-i-condos">Westlake Phase I Condos</a>, <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/2200-lake-shore-blvd-w-westlake-phase-ii-condos">Westlake Phase II Condos</a>, and <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/2212-lake-shore-blvd-w-westlake-phase-iii-condos">Westlake Phase III Condos</a>. In order to create the condo at 10 Park Lawn Road in <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/etobicoke">Etobicoke</a>, Onni Group teamed up with Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects.The Westlake Encore Condos was completed in 2018, resulting in an additional 523 homes in the <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/etobicoke/mimico">Mimico</a> neighbourhood. The high-rise building reaches to 46 storeys, with the first 7 comprising a podium. Also found within the building are common elements including a gym, squash court, sauna, swimming pool, games room, rooftop terrace, business centre, party room, and guest suites, plus the lobby is staffed by a 24-hour concierge.

Situated in the lakeside neighbourhood of Mimico, 10 Park Lawn Road Right can be found right at the base of Humber Bay Park.
