Living by the water has been amazing, especially in the summer. The indoor/outdoor pool setup is a nice bonus and I’ve had zero issues with management. It’s an older building = larger units and solid construction. Plus being right at the foot of Yonge Street? You seriously can’t beat it.

Great views, but that’s doing a lot of heavy lifting. Hallways feel dated and the elevators can be slow during peak times. The location is top-tier, but the building could really use a refresh.
