NXT Condos, or &ldquo;next&rdquo; condos if you say it really fast &mdash; see what they did there? &mdash; is a stylish modern high-rise located at 103 The Queensway.The exterior is striking, standing 29 storeys tall and encased in glass, the front fa&ccedil;ade is quite wide, but the building is sleek on the sides, giving it a tablet like appearance. Adding an additional layer of appeal to this already desirable property, is the fact that the majority of units in the building have views of Lake Ontario. This building is part of a 2 tower complex, and resides beside <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/105-the-queensway-nxt-ii-condos">NXT II Condos</a>.103 The Queensway doesn&rsquo;t skimp on amenities, providing a range of relaxing extras without overwhelming residents with unnecessary add-ons &mdash; an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, fitness centre, tennis courts, shared rooftop deck, parking garage, concierge, and visitor parking.This building offers another desirable extra that you won&rsquo;t find in most modern condos &mdash; a daycare service. Any parent will tell you that finding a last minute babysitter can be a nightmare, but with a unit here, parents will have one less thing to worry about.While NXT Condos doesn&rsquo;t have a green space on-site, Sunnyside Park is just a 5 minute walk from the front doors; Sunnyside Park is home to the Martin Goodman Trail which extends for kilometres to the east and west, connecting to lakeside parks and opening up a wealth of recreation options. As a resident of this building, you&rsquo;ll need Olympic level endurance to accomplish all of your errands on foot. Sobeys Queensway is roughly a 15 minute walk from the building, so grocery shopping can be done on foot if you&rsquo;re feeling ambitious.The building might not offer a walkable location like you'd find with <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/downtown/condos-for-sale">condos in downtown Toronto</a>, but it does have excellent public transit; residents have east and westbound streetcars and buses on The Queensway, and bus route 77 connects to Runnymede Station for subway lines.Car owners also have a great starting point for their commute and can reach the Gardiner Expressway in mere minute via S Kingsway.

NXT and its sister building, NXT2, are good options for prospective residents. They have a wide variety of amenities and outstanding views all around. The takeback is that some layouts in these two buildings can be a hit-or-miss. Prospective buyers will be satisfied to know that the condo has a healthy reserve fund.

Living here’s great (close to High Park) plus trails and the lake. The amenities are solid.. and the views? Incredible. Elevators can be slow sometimes, but it’s worth it overall.
