Solid experience. The building feels new and well kept. My unit has amazing light, and the view’s not bad either. You get a lot for the price compared to some older spots nearby.

Location is excellent but it feels so overcrowded... Elevators are often slow during peak hours and visitor parking is a hassle. Units look sharp, but space is tight!

A great place to live so far. The amenities are brand new, stylish and actually usable. I love being able to walk to work, grab a coffee downstairs or hit King West in minutes. It’s definitely a lifestyle building - ideal for singles or couples.

This place has a great energy to it. You’re literally in the heart of the Entertainment District. The rooftop is awesome and the design inside the units is super modern. Not huge floorplans, but very livable :)

Nice unit layouts with a clean modern look. You’re right in the middle of everything which is great for convenience HOWEVER! be prepared for street noise. Especially on weekends.

Cool vibe, but the nightlife outside makes it hard to sleep sometimes. The location is a dream if you want entertainment and restaurants. Not so much if you're after peace and quiet.

I found the building to be too hectic. Constant Uber traffic outside and the lobby gets crowded. It’s sleek, but not particularly relaxing. Might work better for people who like being in the middle of the action.

Honestly love it here. I’ve lived in three other downtown condos, this one feels the most polished. The management is responsive and the amenities are top-tier. It does get busy at times, but you can't expect total calm in this area. For downtown living, it checks all the boxes.
