It’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly, which was a big deal for me. The lobby looks a bit dated, but they keep it clean and that's what counts. Overall a good place to live if you don’t mind a more old-school vibe.

Feels like this hidden pocket in Etobicoke. You’re close to transit and grocery stores but tucked away enough to be peaceful. Some units have been fully renovated and look amazing! Others, not so much.

Affordable for the size you get; that’s hard to find. Maintenance fees are kind of high, but they cover a lot. If you drive, the parking is a big plus!! It actually flows and works, lots of room for family and visitors too.

I grew up in this building and came back to rent a place here. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. Quiet halls and a lot of long-term residents. Feels more like a community than a condo tower.

Moved in during winter and the heating’s been consistent, which I was worried about in an older building. My only complaint so far is that parcel delivery can be a pain! No concierge means you’ve got to plan around it.

Not the newest building, but the unit sizes here are solid. You actually get a proper dining room and storage space, which is rare these days.

It’s fine overall, just older. Great location near the mall and TTC. Not luxurious, but very very livable!
