    An older building but it’s well taken care of. The units are much larger than what you’d find in newer condos and the layouts actually make sense. It’s quiet (mostly mature residents) and the 24-hour gate does give a nice sense of security.

    It’s quiet, safe and the size of the units makes up for the older finishes. Elevators can be a little slow, but otherwise no major issues so far.

    Big, functional units with real kitchens and storage space - something you don’t see much anymore. The building feels a bit dated, but it’s clean and upkept. Easy access to groceries and the TTC right outside your door is a big plus!

    Love the peaceful atmosphere here. The maintenance team does a great job keeping everything clean and running smoothly. My unit has a great view and tons of space. WAY! more than you get downtown.

    I’ve been renting here for almost two years and have zero complaints. The building is solid, staff are helpful and the neighbourhood is safe and walkable. Lots of retirees - which keeps things calm and respectful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

    The condo fees are a bit high, but they do include a lot - cable, water and security. I wouldn’t exactly call it modern, but it’s a solid place to live. Good option for downsizers or families looking for space and convenience in North York.

    This is a real community feel. People say hi in the hallways and there are lots of long-time owners. The outdoor pool and tennis court are nice in the summer and parking is never a hassle.

    It’s a decent building, but the common areas are a bit dated. The location is convenient for transit and shopping and there’s lots of green space around, but don’t expect modern finishes or luxury vibes.

    Great place if you’re looking for space. It’s well-kept, spacious units with plenty of natural light. Convenient location close to transit, parks, and shopping. Only downside, older elevators.
