I bought here as an investor and it’s been a solid property. Rents are steady and the location keeps it attractive to young professionals. The finishes have held up well and turnover has been low which says a lot about the building’s quality.

Been here for over a year and it still feels like the right choice. The finishes are modern and the layout of my unit makes the most of the space. You can't beat the location if you work downtown. Lots of great food spots within walking distance and transit is right there.

Lived here for six months and it's been okay. The unit itself is fine but there’s some noise from the street on weekends. Also had a few issues with the HVAC early on but they were fixed pretty quickly. Not bad but could be better.

Building has a lot going for it. Stylish units, good location, and friendly concierge staff. Sometimes I hear noise from the hallway but nothing too bad. Overall it’s comfortable and I like the vibe here.

Really like the layout of my unit. Lots of natural light and the balcony is bigger than expected. Only downside is that the gym is pretty small so I usually end up going elsewhere. Other than that it’s been a great place to live.

Nice building overall. The unit was clean and move-in ready and the management has been responsive so far. I just wish there was a bit more visitor parking because my guests usually have to hunt around or pay to park.

Great location with a helpful concierge, management and BOD. Cleaning staff does an excellent job keeping the building spotless!

Well run building with a very friendly conceirge and even other tenants :)
