I’ve been renting here for six months and it’s been a great experience. The unit has high ceilings and the view from the balcony is surprisingly nice for the east side. Amenities are clean and usually not too busy.

Visited a friend’s place here and was pleasantly surprised. Still weighing options but this one made a strong impression, especially if you want to be near downtown without the Yonge Street chaos.

Moved in recently and so far really enjoying it. The suite design is efficient and stylish, and Parliament is starting to fill in with more shops and cafes. Still feels like an up-and-coming area, but the building itself is very well done.
