Lots of green space around and a decent park right behind the building. It’s a good area if you’ve got kids or dogs. The condo board seems active, they actually recently did some landscaping upgrades.

Elevators could use an upgrade, but I guess that comes with the age of the building. That said, the place is clean and I haven’t had any major issues in the two years I’ve rented here.

I’ve been here for almost five years and while the building's older, it’s surprisingly quiet. Most of the residents are long-time owners, so there’s a great community feel.

Not perfect, but definitely very livable. I moved in because the units are big compared to newer condos, that’s still the best part. Management can be slow with fixes, but security is usually around and responsive.

Been here six months. Heat and water have been reliable through the winter, which I appreciate. Hallways are a bit dim, but my floor has been quiet with that. No wild parties or noise complaints so far!

The location works really well if you don’t drive. Buses run frequently on Lawrence and you’re close to grocery stores and the plaza. My unit faces the back so it’s pretty peaceful, even with the traffic nearby.

I was surprised at how large the balcony is. You don’t get outdoor space like this in newer builds. Interior was dated when I moved in, but I did some updates and renos and now it feels like home.

Impeccably maintained building with clean common areas, 24/7 security, ample parking, quiet units and in-suite laundry—highly recommend!
