Amazing building with friendly staff and quiet atmosphere. The gym is spotless, and the security features, like key fob access, provide peace of mind. Elevators are quick and rarely out of service.

Just moved in last month and I'm already loving it! The concierge is friendly and the amenities are top notch. The gym is spacious and the outdoor patio area is perfect for summer. The neighbourhood is vibrant, but the building feels peaceful and private. Definitely glad I chose Tableau!

The location is unbeatable, but I’ve had some issues with noise from nearby construction. The condo itself is nice but the walls are a bit thin for my taste. Still, the modern finishes and views are hard to beat and the building feels secure. Would recommend if you’re looking to be close to everything!
