It’s a decent building with nice amenities, but it can get pretty busy. The elevators are a bit slow at peak times and there’s ongoing development in the area, so expect some construction noise. Still, the location and price are fair for what you get!

It's been a great place to live. The amenities are incredible - pool, gym, even a bowling alley. The units are well laid out and larger than many newer builds. Plus the location near Leslie STN and HWY 401 is super convenient.

Love living here! The unit feels spacious and gets lots of natural light. There’s a good mix of professionals and families in the building, and the area has everything - grocery stores, TTC access and a short drive to Fairview.
