Quiet low-rise building that feels tucked away from the busy parts of Toronto. It’s close to Humber River Hospital which is great if you work nearby, and the TTC access is pretty solid. The units are compact but functional and the building is clean and well managed.

Great value if you're looking to live in North York far removed from the downtown prices. My unit is bright and has a nice open layout. Everything else has been pretty convenient.

Decent spot for the price, but the walls are a bit thin - you can sometimes hear your neighbours. The building is on the smaller side, so it doesn’t feel overcrowded and there’s decent underground parking. Good for renters or first-time buyers looking for something affordable.

Great starter condo! I bought here as a first-time buyer and I’m really happy with the location and layout. Close to Wilson Sttn, Yorkdale and the major highways. It’s a smaller building so you don’t feel lost in a crowd, and with that the neighbors are respectful.

Really happy with my investment here. The unit rented out quickly and the tenants like the location - close to the 401, transit and Yorkdale isn’t too far either. It’s not flashy but it’s solid and stable, which is exactly what I wanted.

I moved in a few months ago and it’s been a smooth experience. The concierge is polite, the hallways are kept clean and maintenance is quick to respond. The area doesn’t have tons of nightlife or shopping but it’s peaceful and safe all the same!

The building itself is okay, but the area feels a bit dull unless you drive. The finishes in the units are nice and the gym is small but I use it often. Noise from the ambulances at the hospital across the street can be annoying if you're on the wrong side of the building.

Pretty average overall. Not bad, not amazing. The community is quiet, mostly working professionals and hospital staff. Would recommend if you're looking for something simple and low maintenance

Great location near grocery stores, hospitals, shopping and subway. Pet friendly with respectful guidelines. Friendly neighborhood with good security and helpful property management.

Living here for 6 months already and happy with my decision. On-site gym, theater, party room and terrace are a nice touch. Enjoying the sunshine in my unit and surprisingly quiet despite the nearby highway.

Love the clean environment here. It's surrounded by essentials and big businesses, convenient and easy.

Beautiful condos, great amenities and a lively neighborhood with plenty of parking. Nearby restaurants, Tim Hortons and grocery stores super convenient!
