Considering a one-bedroom here. Layouts look smart and the balcony views looked literally unreal.

Bought a unit here mainly for the location, stayed because of the atmosphere. The amenities are high-end and well maintained - pool, gym, sauna, all solid. The waterfront trail right outside is a huge plus. It does get busy in the area (sometimes summer) the soundproofing inside the units is decent. No major complaints so far.

Been renting here for almost a year. Can’t beat the waterfront views. A bit pricey, but it feels worth it.

Lobby’s sleek and the rooftop lounge was impressive. I don’t know how people drive around here, though?? Traffics wild. But the building itself is gorgeous.

Stunning, peaceful lakefront location, yet close to all the excitement in downtown Toronto. Perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

The property admin and concierge/security team made our move from Windsor to downtown Toronto so much easier. We are so happy with the building and love living here.
