Seriously considering buying here. The location is what really sold me: steps from transit, groceries and a few good restaurants. But I found the finishes a little dated compared to newer builds nearby. Still the building was well-kept and everyone I met in the elevator was friendly (which says a lot)

Quiet convenient and very very comfortable! Everything I need in one perfect unit.

The unit is in great shape and I really appreciate the concierge team; super friendly and always helpful. Noise levels low, even with families and pets around. The location is unbeatable if you rely on transit. I’d consider buying in the building if something came up in my budget.

I rent out a unit here and have had no trouble keeping it filled. Good location, decent condo fees and tenant turnover has been super smooth and basically nonexistent.

Bought here pre-covid and it’s been a great decision. The building is clean, quiet and right next to Kipling which makes commuting downtown easy. Management’s responsive and the amenities are solid, especially the gym x sauna combo.

I like the unit overall, but the HVAC system is kind of loud throughout the building, especially at night. The windows could use better sealing too.. gets drafty in winter. Still, the convenience of having the subway downstairs makes up for a lot. The staff are professional and it’s a secure, clean building. Just not perfect for light sleepers.

I’ve been consistently impressed with how well maintained the building is. Property management has changed once or twice, but the transitions were smooth and communication has always been clear. I’ve watched the area grow and change over time... more coffee shops, better grocery options but it still feels like a nice pocket of the city without the downtown chaos. The gym and party room are clean and actually usable, which isn’t always the case in condos. Parking garage is bright and safe. Kipling GO/ttc access is a gamechanger if you commute. Zero regrets.

This building is absolutely gorgeous to live in! The gym and pool are so chic—perfect for those relaxing moments!
