Nautilus at Waterview Condos / Reviews

Toured a unit at Nautilus last weekend. The building’s amenities are extensive, including a pool, gym and guest suites. The location is convenient with easy access to public transit and major highways. I think the unit felt a bit smaller than expected for the price point. While the building is well maintained and offers a lot, I’m still weighing my options before making a decision.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been mostly positive. The concierge staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking along the waterfront and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The only downside is the occasional noise from the Gardiner, but it’s manageable. Overall I’m happy with my choice.

The building has held up well over time and the management has been proactive in maintaining the property. The amenities are excellent- especially the pool and rooftop terrace, which offer great spaces to relax. The location is unbeatable for waterfront living with parks and walking trails just steps away. The community is friendly and the concierge staff is attentive and kind as well.

Great place to live with friendly concierge and building staff. The place is clean w. lots of amenities. A Humber Bay location is perfect, plus there’s a Timmies and 24-hour Rabba nearby.
