It’s not a flashy building but that’s kind of the point - it’s stable, clean and livable. Management has been responsive whenever anything comes up. Easy access to the 401 and TTC is a bonus.

Lived here for a while. Maintenance fees are fair, but the building could use some hallway updates. That said, you can walk to Sheppard station in under 10 minutes - that’s hard to beat.

Unit was in decent shape when I moved in. It’s an older build so don’t expect ultra-modern finishes, but the space is well used. Bit of hallway noise at times,and package delivery is hit or miss, but otherwise comfortable.

Bought a unit here almost five years ago and it’s been one of my better decisions. The layout is functional and the overall build quality has held up well. This area feels like a quiet pocket just off Yonge (walkable but not chaotic.)

One of the more underrated spots in North York. The units aren’t cookiecutter and it's not just a sea of towers around. Good security, respectful neighbours and reliable utilities. Would renew my lease in a heartbeat!

I found it charming. Quiet courtyards, mature trees and a bit of a village vibe even though you're in the middle of North York. Feels more personal than most of the giant condos in the area.

Nice little building tucked away from the noise. I rent a unit with a balcony facing the parkette and it’s surprisingly peaceful for being in the city. Gym’s a bit underwhelming but I rarely use it anyway. No major complaints!

It doesn’t feel like you’re in a glass tower - there’s real character here. Close to parks, groceries, restaurants... everything you need. Great for young professionals or couples.
